BCP Maintenance: NDB Bank signs up with SCL

When the Central Bank required development of BCPs by Banks in 2006, NDB Bank resorted to the only qualified BCP professional in Sri Lanka for development and implementation of their BCP. After development and implementation of the BCP and successfully facing the Central Bank reviews, Bank entrusted SCL to maintain the BCP as well. SCL not only maintains the BCP Plan by updating the documentation as required by organisational changes; but also conducts audits of the BCP, provides assistance in Drill Scheduling, participates in selected drills and drill reviewing and also conducts periodic reviews of the BCP.
